Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Dant account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure the return meets our quality inspection standards.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
