The Jackman Dotsume Rib Polo is built from an 11.5oz high-density American cotton jersey knitted on a loopwheel machine at a pace slow enough that each machine produces roughly 30 pieces per day. That deliberate speed is what gives the fabric its character: yarn packed evenly throughout the knit, with a firmness and structure that resists shrinkage and distortion through repeated wear and washing. The density keeps it non-transparent, less prone to clinging, and genuinely resistant to showing sweat, which makes it a more considered everyday choice than it might first appear. A polo collar and rib detailing give it just enough structure to feel intentional without losing the easy wearability the fabric is built for.
