This Type 2 denim jacket from Graph Zero is built from a 15oz raw selvedge denim woven on a traditional power loom and left completely untreated. There is no anti-shrink processing, no anti-twist control, and no singeing, allowing the fabric to retain a rough, handwoven-like character that feels genuinely vintage. The warp yarns are skein dyed using two different indigo tones and woven together at random, while the weft uses natural yarn. Both warp and weft are spun with slub yarn, producing a rugged surface and uneven texture that is unmistakably Graph Zero.
As the jacket wears in, the skein dyed indigo fades in a way that differs noticeably from rope dyed denim, developing softer transitions and more irregular contrast.
